Mount Tsurumi ~ end of summer 2006

Sekarang cuaca dah sejuk sket dah ....... maklumlah dah masuk musim luruh. Mt Tsurumi ni letaknya dibelakang rumah kami ... masa musim panas, menghijauuuuuuuu tapi skg dah kekuningan sket, rumputnya dah mula mengering.

LAKSA KELANTAN

Bahan2:
1. Laksa kering satu paket (direndam hingga putih) .... yang ni order dari Malaysia, kat Beppu ni tak ada laksa kering

2. Ulam2: macam ulam nasi kerabu gak ler

3. Kuah

6 ekor ikan kembung/selayang (kat sini saya gunakan ikan yang dinamakan ikan aji)
1 sudu makan lada hitam
1 labu bawang besar (sbb kat sini tak ada bawang merah huhuhu)
1 inci halia
1 tin santan
1 keping asam gelugur
sedikit garam

Cara2:
Ikan kembung dibersihkan kemudian direbus hingga masak. Then ambil isi ikan dan blender kan hingga lumat. Bawang, lada hitam, halia juga di blendkan.
Masukkan semua bahan tumbuk serta santan dalam periuk, masukkan asam gelugur dan garam secukup rasa.
Jerang di atas api hingga mendidih dan sebati. (sentiasa kacau untuk elakkan ianya bergentel dan pecah minyak )
